In 2016 I released my autobiography, a motivational self-help book «Always believe in your Inner Strength».
The best-selling book tells the story of how at a young age I defeat poverty, homelessness, mental illness, racism, and much more. With the deep belief in the universal positive force and how I use this to find my inner strength and ultimately create a positive and healthy life for myself. In my book I also give tips, examples and easy exercises for how others can develop their inner strength, stay positive and find motivation in difficult situations.
My second book «Gesund denken, gesund leben» (only available in German) has been published on 21st of September 2021 by LIV verlag. It deals with the power of thoughts and how we change our way of thinking so that it develops into a healthy lifestyle for body, mind and soul.
Healthy thinking is one of the most important and effective habits we can form and use to influence our well-being. By changing how we think about ourselves and our place in the world, we actively influence our experiences and ultimately the trajectory of our lives. Constantly dwelling on the «wrong» or «negative» things in life leads to sadness, frustration, and stagnation, among other things. Focusing on the positive aspects of each experience, on the other hand, creates further positivity and momentum. When we realize that everything is energy – our physical body, our feelings, and likewise our thoughts – we understand the scope and power of our mind.
My second book is designed to help readers live a balanced life for body, mind and soul. It offers easy-to-understand information about the importance of healthy thoughts, helpful yoga and breathing exercises, and easy-to-implement ideas that can be integrated into any daily routine.
